    How the daily puzzle works

    A new puzzle at midnight

    Every day has its own puzzle, and it changes at midnight wherever you are. Around the holidays the daily puzzle comes from what’s in season, so expect turkeys in November and snowflakes in December.

    How to play

    Drag across a word to circle it, or tap its first letter and then its last. Words run in all eight directions, including backwards and diagonally. The timer starts with your first move.

    Keeping your streak

    A day counts when you find every word without pressing “Show answers”. Missed a day? Open it from the list above: solve it within three days and your streak carries on.
