Free Mental Health Word Search Puzzles (Printable PDFs + Answer Keys)

Two free mental health word searches, each a printable PDF with the answer key on page two. The main puzzle uses the vocabulary of a health class unit: ANXIETY, DEPRESSION, COUNSELING, THERAPY and RECOVERY sit alongside WELLNESS, BALANCE and SELFCARE.

The main word list runs medium and suits students from about 10 up. The second sheet, Mental Wellbeing, is easier and keeps to everyday words like feelings, sleep, breathe and friends, so it works with younger children.
