About the World War 1 word search
Huge battles at the SOMME and VERDUN, the landings at GALLIPOLI, the first TANK and the ZEPPELIN airships are all here, as is the sinking of the LUSITANIA. The fighting stopped with the ARMISTICE on November 11, 1918, and the peace was signed at VERSAILLES. The red poppy is still worn in remembrance.
