Learning the books of the Bible is a classic Sunday school goal, and a word search makes the long names stick. The Old Testament sheet runs from GENESIS, EXODUS, LEVITICUS, NUMBERS and DEUTERONOMY through JOSHUA, RUTH and SAMUEL, the poetry of PSALMS and PROVERBS, and the prophets ISAIAH, JEREMIAH, DANIEL, JONAH and MALACHI.

The New Testament sheet begins with the four Gospels, MATTHEW, MARK, LUKE and JOHN, then ACTS and the letters: ROMANS, CORINTHIANS, GALATIANS, EPHESIANS, PHILIPPIANS, COLOSSIANS, TIMOTHY, HEBREWS and JAMES, ending with REVELATION. The word list is medium, with plenty of tricky spellings, and works for children from about 8 up as well as adult Bible study groups. Answer keys are on page two.
