Free Vital Signs Word Search (Printable PDF + Answer Key)

Health science, CNA and EMT students learn the vital signs early, and this free word search reviews them, with the answer key on page two. The core four are TEMPERATURE, PULSE (the HEARTRATE, counted in BEATS per MINUTE, often at the RADIAL artery in the wrist), RESPIRATION and BLOODPRESSURE, with its SYSTOLIC and DIASTOLIC numbers. Many courses now add PAIN as a fifth.
