Free George Washington Word Search Puzzles (Printable PDFs + Answer Keys)

Two free George Washington word searches, each a printable PDF with the answer key on page two. The first follows the general who became the first PRESIDENT: COMMANDER of the CONTINENTAL army, the winter at VALLEY FORGE, the REVOLUTION and INDEPENDENCE, his home at MOUNT VERNON in VIRGINIA, and the CHERRY TREE story every child hears.

The second sheet, Life of George Washington, adds MARTHA, the POTOMAC, the crossing of the DELAWARE, the victory at YORKTOWN, his first CABINET, the INAUGURATION and his FAREWELL address, and his face on the QUARTER.
